Community Update
Dear Fallingbrook families,
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for helping with the success of this school year! Each day our students were supported by a dedicated staff of custodians, early childhood educators, educational assistants, library staff, office staff, parent volunteers, support staff, and teachers. Support from our PTC is another reason Fallingbrook is such an amazing school.
June is also a time to say good-bye to some. We wish all of our grade 8 students the very best as they head off on their next adventure in high school. We know you are ready, and will make us proud. We would also like to extend our best wishes to Miss Kayla Coderre, Ms. Rinki Anand and Miss Sheyenne Waal, as their temporary contract with us is over. We would also like to thank Miss Shainna and Miss Marwa for their time with us, as our allocations have changed for the upcoming year. All five of these educators had a positive impact on our students.
We would also like to welcome new staff for the upcoming year. Ms. Chantal Clark will be joining us from Vimy Ridge PS where she was teaching, Ms. Sarah Sangster is coming to us from Sawmill Creek ES, and Ms. Cassandra Calamusa is coming back from maternity leave. We are excited to work with all of you starting in September!
Finally, we would like to thank our wonderful students, caring parents, and the community for your commitment and teamwork. What a great year we had! Have a wonderful and relaxing summer with your family!
Sincerely,
Jeremy Nowiski and Michelle Minogue
Information and Updates:

To access the report card, you will need to enter the Ontario Education Number (OEN). When entering the OEN, please include the hyphens (dashes). The format should be XXX-XXX-XXX. The OEN can be found on any previous provincial report cards. If you do not have your child’s OEN, please contact your child’s homeroom teacher or call the school office at 613-830-8817.
Construction at the School- Over the summer, there will be heavy machinery removing the old asphalt from the back and side of the school, and it will look amazing come September. We are strongly encouraging everyone to avoid this area while the work is being done.
