Good morning Fallingbrook families.

It’s been another great week at Fallingbrook where we’re working hard in class, and having fun outside of the classroom. Students from grades 3-8 on the Cross-Country Running Team are building up their stamina, the Touch Football Teams are learning about offensive and defensive strategy, and our Junior Podcast Club are interviewing students and staff and presenting exciting information to the entire school!

Construction also began on Wednesday, and things are progressing well.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our Meet the Staff on Wednesday, September 24. The details for the event are below.

Information and Updates

Meet the Staff- We’re excited to meet families on Wednesday, September 24 from 6-7 PM.  This will be an opportunity for you to meet your child(ren)’s teachers, visit classrooms, meet other families, and hear about our goals for the year.  

• 5:30-6:00 stop by the foyer to meet your Parent Teacher Council (PTC), and purchase a freezie or a small ice cream. 

• 6:00-6:20 pm- Meet in the gym- Staff introductions and welcome from Jeremy Nowiski and Michelle Minogue

• 6:20-7:00 pm- Parents go to their child’s homeroom class.

We are asking that all children be supervised by family members.  The teachers will not be able to answer questions pertaining to individual student progress.  After the Progress Report in November, parents will be invited to attend a scheduled interview.

Milk Program- We are happy to announce that our Milk Program will begin on September 30th. All funds raised go to support our Special Education resources. Please use Cash Online to submit the order and payment: https://ocdsb.schoolcashonline.com/ by September 26th!

PTC- Freezie Fridays will continue until October 24.
