Community Update

Good afternoon Fallingbrook families.

Fallingbrook had another great week! Our Grade 8 band achieved a gold award at the Kiwanis Music Festival, a well-deserved recognition for their hard work and Mrs. Power's guidance. We also focused on student safety with WalkSafe presentations for our kindergarten to grade five students, teaching them important pedestrian skills. In sports, intramural pickleball kicked off for selected grade 4, 5, and 6 students, and junior/intermediate badminton try-outs are happening, with more sessions scheduled for next week.

On April 8 the Senior Kindergarten (Year 2) and our grade 8s will be having their graduation photos with Carpe Diem. Grade 8’s are asked to wear a white top/shirt. If you don’t have one, we have purchased collared shirts for the grade 8’s to wear, so there’s no need to buy one.

Just a reminder that this Friday is a PD day, so there is no school tomorrow for students. Eid Mubarak to all those celebrating!
